Renze Klamer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership, research, and human resource management. Currently serving as People Lead and Agile Coach at Givt since June 2019, Renze facilitates teams to deliver value and supports the International team as a Scrum Master. Prior experience includes a PhD Fellowship at Aarhus University, focusing on workplace dignity, and roles as a Researcher at Moort and Assistant Store Manager at Lidl Nederland. Renze's earlier positions entail sales support and HR trainee roles, alongside pastoral responsibilities at Evangelische kerk De Brug. Academically, Renze holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master's in Theology, complemented by foundational studies in General Management and VWO in Natuur & Techniek.
