Maria has over 25 years of HR experience and has obtained SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. A graduate of Rutgers University, Maria also recently earned her MS in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. When she is not enjoying cheering on the Charlotte FC, serving as a Cub Scout Leader and managing human resources at home (her husband and two boys), she is helping P2 be all that it can be!
