Jess Cummings Dallmar is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at GitLab since September 2022. Previously, Jess held key positions at Atlassian, including Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, where strategic leadership across global hiring resulted in significant achievements for FY22. Jess's extensive background in technical recruiting includes a role as Senior Manager at Cisco Meraki, overseeing a global team focused on attracting top technical talent. Jess's experience spans various roles, from university recruiting to program management, and includes positions at Rearden Commerce, Live105, and other organizations. Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Environmental Studies from the University of San Diego, complemented by education from the International College of Management Sydney.
