Megan Palko is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Team Lead in Talent Acquisition at MRI Software since May 2017, Megan previously held the role of Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at Medpace, a global clinical research organization, from June 2016 to May 2017. Prior to that, Megan worked at Robert Half from August 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included recruiting professionals, coordinating interviews, and onboarding employees as a Staffing Executive. Megan began their career as the Swim Lesson Department Head at Life Time from October 2009 to August 2013, where a swim lesson program was implemented and instructors were managed. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University.
