Diana Mounter is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in various design roles across multiple organizations. Currently, as the Head of Design at GitHub since December 2015, Diana oversees a cross-functional team that encompasses Product Design, Customer Research, Brand and Marketing Design, Design Infrastructure, Design Engineering, and Design Operations. Previous positions include Director and Senior Manager of Design Infrastructure at GitHub, as well as a Senior Product Designer at Etsy and an Interaction Designer at Snapguide. Diana’s earlier career includes roles as a UX Designer at Vast.com, Experience Architect at Digital Eskimo, and Design and Development Coordinator at the Local Government and Shires Association of NSW, where Diana managed projects and implemented innovative solutions in digital communications.
