Vladimir Koncos is a highly experienced designer, currently serving as a Freelance Senior UI Designer at Toptal since May 2022, recognized as one of the top designers globally. As the Founder and Lead UX/UI, Web, and Graphic Designer at ShineDesign-Studio since 2007, Vladimir has provided comprehensive digital creative services for enterprise clients. Additional experience includes a role as an Email Production Associate at Mozilla in 2024, where strategies were implemented to optimize email campaign performance. As a UX/UI Design Mentor with Springboard from 2022 to 2024, Vladimir guided students in design principles and project application. Prior to these roles, Vladimir worked as Lead UI/UX Designer at VNC - Virtual Network Consult GmbH from 2017 to 2022, where a centralized Design System was developed. Vladimir holds an Absolvent degree in IT from the Faculty "Mihajlo Pupin," University of Novi Sad, and completed high school at "Nikola Tesla," Zrenjanin.
