Michelle Andrade is an experienced project manager and consultant with a strong background in technology strategy, transformation, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Delivery Manager at GIST Impact since February 2023, Michelle previously worked as a Consultant and Graduate Analyst in Technology Strategy & Transformation at Deloitte from January 2021 to December 2022. Michelle has also held positions at Monash University, including Teaching Associate and eExams Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising student exams and facilitating academic support. Early experience includes a role at Australia Post as a Customer Service Consultant and as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, leading a team in quality assurance. Michelle holds a Master of Business Information Systems from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
