Heidi Lawrence is a seasoned professional with a strong background in volunteer engagement and children's ministry. Currently serving as a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator at Girl Scouts River Valleys since November 2023, Heidi focuses on creating and implementing training content and support systems for volunteers. Previously, as the Childrenā€™s Ministry Director at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church from July 2020 to August 2023, Heidi was responsible for developing and coordinating children's ministry programming to foster faith formation. Prior experience includes serving as Curriculum Coordinator at New Horizon Academy from November 2019 to July 2020, where Heidi played a crucial role in managing center operations and various administrative tasks, and as an Administrative Assistant/Pre K Lead Teacher at Primrose Schools from April 2018 to November 2019, assisting with operational management while providing support in the classroom.
