A.K. Qadir has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. A.K. started their career at Hendrick Automotive Group in 2003, where they served as the General Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager. A.K. then moved on to Avery Greene Honda in 2008, where they held the position of General Manager and Dealer Manager and achieved recognition for transforming the dealership into California's top-ranked Honda dealership. In 2014, they joined Sonic Automotive as the General Manager and Dealer Manager of Melody Toyota dealer. A.K. later joined New Century Automotive Group in 2017 as the Executive GM, Platform & Dealer Manager for Nissan of Irvine & Nissan of San Juan Capistrano. Currently, they work at Gill Automotive Group as the General Manager & Director of Operations, overseeing multiple showrooms and managing a team of General Managers in various functional areas.

A.K. Qadir holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including AFIP Service Certified from the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals, AutoNation University (GMU) from AutoNation, Financial Education from NCRC, GM Leadership Academy from Sonic Automotive, Hendrick Automotive Group University from Hendrick Automotive Group, and Leading & Sustaining a Culture of Service Excellence from the Disney Institute.
