Wagner Ritzdorf is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Operations Director at Gilead Sciences since June 2021. Prior to this, Wagner held various leadership roles at Merck Group from March 2015 to May 2021, including Portfolio, Launch, Trade & Digital Innovation Regional Lead for Latin America and Business Intelligence & Commercial Excellence Director. Wagner's extensive background also includes significant positions at Novartis, AstraZeneca, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough, and others, demonstrating a strong expertise in market intelligence, product management, and commercial operations. Wagner holds a degree in Social Sciences from Universidade de São Paulo and two MBAs from FIA Business School, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry and marketing.
