Elvis Akandu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Microsoft technologies. Currently serving as a Microsoft 365 Engineer at Gigmo Solutions since June 2021, Elvis specializes in Office 365 Exchange Administration, Active Directory Management, and Azure Identity Protection. Prior to this role, Elvis worked as an Office 365 Exchange Online Engineer at Tek Experts, providing support to Microsoft customers in the North American region. Earlier experience includes a position as a Network Operations Specialist at Starsight Power Utility Ltd, where responsibilities involved managing 200 remote sites and preparing operational reports. Elvis holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria, obtained in 2015.
