Hitesh Anand has worked in a variety of roles in the past 12 years. In 2007, they began their career as a Research Intern at Moser Baer India Ltd, where they designed new objects for Zemax software using C language. In 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where they gained experience in C/C++ programming language, web development language, and database handling on ORACLE. In 2010, they took on the role of Investment Adviser at VIKAS INVESTMENTS. In 2011, they worked as a Financial Trader at Blue Point Capital Partners, where they were responsible for trading and managing the trading account of the company, and meeting the profit targets with strict drawdown limits. In 2012, they were a Market Research and Corporate Strategy at Level E Research Limited. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Green Organic Clothing Pvt. Ltd., where they held the roles of Director, Head - Global Retail, and Strategic Marketing Analyst. In 2019, they became the Managing Director at GIBIE HOME FURNISHINGS LIMITED.

Hitesh Anand completed their 10th and 12th at JBA in 2002 and 2003 respectively, studying English, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. In 2004, they graduated with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. In 2009, they obtained an MSC in International Economics and Finance from Newcastle University.
