Kadi Findling is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in consulting and venture capital. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Myndset since July 2024, Kadi has also held various roles at Stony Lonesome Group LLC since January 2022, including Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on early-stage investments in dual-use mission-driven companies founded by military veterans. Kadi is the CEO and Founder of myCoffeePass, a comprehensive marketing and communication platform for local coffee businesses, while also acting as a Venture Partner at Chasing Rainbows, an LGBTQ+ focused VC firm. Previous experience includes positions at Tampa Bay Wave, Snapper Trailers, and EverGreener. Kadi’s educational background includes studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho and Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
