Arnetta Kelly McCormick

Arnetta Kelly McCormick has extensive work experience at Giant Eagle, Inc. Arnetta Kelly started their career with the company in 2001 as an HR Ops Manager, where they were responsible for various HR functions across multiple distribution centers. Arnetta Kelly then progressed to roles such as Director of TMVP, Director of Corporate Human Resources, and Director of Enterprise HR/Distribution/Logistics & Supply Chain, where they focused on developing and implementing HR programs and processes aligned with business goals. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Human Resources for GetGo, a subsidiary of Giant Eagle. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, leading the HR department for the entire company. Currently, Arnetta holds the role of Vice President of Global Talent Curation & Community Partnerships at Giant Eagle, Inc.

Arnetta Kelly McCormick, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche University, which they earned from 1995 to 1998. Arnetta Kelly also possesses a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh, which they received from 1986 to 1991. Furthermore, Arnetta has completed The Advanced Leadership Initiative program at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education (anticipated completion in 2023), as well as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification (completed in October 2020). Arnetta is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), having obtained this certification in November 2017.
