Emily Benson, MBA, PhD, currently serves as the Employee Success Officer and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Bensonwood, while also holding the position of Commissioner at Keene Housing and Board Member at The Colonial Performing Arts Center. Since 2017, Emily operates as a consultant and coach, specializing in guiding professionals across the nation in career transitions. Prior to these roles, Emily was an Associate Professor at Keene State College from 2009 to June 2021 and worked as a Career Coach at LaunchingU LLC from 2012 to 2019, focusing on aiding college students and early career professionals in navigating the workforce. Emily's academic credentials include a PhD in Management from the University of Massachusetts, a Master's in Business Administration from Plymouth State University, and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Latin American Studies from Vassar College.
