Kevin W. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kevin began their career as a Mobile Sales Specialist at Best Buy in 2011, where they excelled in creating solutions for customers and consistently exceeded expectations. Kevin then moved on to work as a Collections Representative at Paramount Acceptance from 2013 to 2014, where they focused on customer service, account management, and conflict resolution. In 2015, Kevin worked as a Script Writer/Content Developer at Allen Communication Learning Services, where they displayed efficiency and creativity in producing engaging scripts and collaborating with a team. Kevin also worked as an Admissions Assistant at the Center for Excellence in Higher Education during the same year, successfully meeting goals and building rapport with leads. From 2016 to 2018, Kevin worked as a Liability Claims Adjuster at Allstate, demonstrating strong time management, communication, and documentation skills. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Customer Communications Manager at REDX from 2018 to 2020, where they managed customer communication channels, created customer-facing training materials, and worked on marketing and training content. Currently, Kevin is working at Weave HQ as an Onboarder, ensuring a professional and timely experience for clients, tracking office progress, and building teamwork within their department.

Kevin W. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English (Creative Writing) from Utah Valley University in 2014. Prior to that, in 2012, they also completed an Associate's Degree in Integrated Studies from the same institution.
