Lauren Manchester is currently the Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations at Ridgeline, where Lauren manages a team of 8 across various departments. Lauren is responsible for developing Ridgeline's Go-To-Market Strategy in collaboration with other key departments. Prior to Ridgeline, Lauren has had experience in consulting at Deloitte and worked in business development at Citadel Securities and Goldman Sachs. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
