Reid Hiatt is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership and finance. As Co-Founder and CEO of Tactic since May 2021, Reid is focused on facilitating safe office returns and implementing hybrid work models in response to changing workplace dynamics. Prior to Tactic, Reid served as an Associate at Areté Capital Partners and as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where expertise in financial auditing was developed. Reid's early career included hands-on maintenance work at Fiesta Lakes Golf Course, ensuring optimal conditions for golfers. Academically, Reid holds two Associate’s Degrees in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho and Brigham Young University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
