Jan Filipec is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in high-volume delivery operations and team leadership. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at CYCLE since December 2022, Jan previously held the role of City Operation Manager at Just Eat Takeaway.com, overseeing operations in two Dutch cities and acting as a liaison with internal stakeholders. Jan's career includes positions as a Sr. Driver Coordinator and Jr. Operation Manager, during which responsibilities involved managing daily operations in Eindhoven and successfully launching courier operations in three Croatian cities. Additionally, Jan co-owned a boat charter and restaurant in Zagreb and co-founded Foodex, focusing on business development and expansion.
