Daniel Lowe has extensive experience in customer support and software implementation, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at The CBORD Group, Inc. since July 1995. Responsibilities include developing project implementation plans, providing training for external clients, analyzing business system requirements, and creating technical specifications for software projects. Daniel's career also includes roles as Senior Software Implementation Manager, Software Implementation Manager, Technical Support Representative, and Sales Support Representative. Prior to The CBORD Group, Daniel worked at Australian Music Report/Platterlog as Assistant Manager and Chart Research Analyst. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Cross University and an Associate Diploma in Business, Systems Analysis from North Sydney TAFE.
