Stéphanie Brassinne has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Stéphanie is currently the CEO of Georganics since February 2023. Prior to that, they founded Odyskin in January 2022. Stéphanie also worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held various positions, including FP&A Supply Manager BNFL from September 2020 to December 2021 and FP&A - ZBB Manager - Europe from August 2019 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at British American Tobacco as an Investors Relations Manager and M&A Finance Manager. Stéphanie also had roles as a Treasury Analyst - Americas and WER Treasury Process Lead at British American Tobacco. Before that, they had a finance management trainee position at British American Tobacco. Additionally, Stéphanie worked as an In-company Project Consultant at Cargill, a Trainee in the Transfer Pricing department at Deloitte Belgium, and as a Marketing Trainee at Getronics.

From 2005 to 2010, they attended Ichec Brussels Management School, where they obtained a Master 2 degree in Finance.

In 2007 and 2008, they studied at Universidad CEU San Pablo, earning a Third Bachelor degree in Economics - Finance.

Stéphanie also participated in a summer exchange program at Clemson University in 2006, where they focused on Economics - Marketing.

In 2010, they enrolled in a Master in Financial Management program at Vlerick Business School, which they completed in 2011.

Stéphanie Brassinne further enhanced their skills and knowledge by completing summer courses in Finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2010.

Additionally, they hold the AMCT certification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, which they obtained in October 2014. In September 2011, they earned the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant certification from CIMA.
