Stefano Deflorian

Stefano Deflorian has extensive work experience spanning over several decades in various industries. Stefano started their career as a HW designer at AT&T Philips Telecom, where they designed and integrated a digital electronic board for an SDH Optical loop carrier communication system. Stefano then moved on to Lucent Bell Laboratories, where they worked as an R&D electronic engineer, designing a Main Controller Unit for an Advanced SDH Communication system.

After that, Stefano joined Sipar, a leading European company in designing and manufacturing customized artificial vision systems for online quality inspection. As a system engineer, they contributed to the development and installation of these systems for flat material production lines.

In 1999, Stefano became a project manager at Seac Spa, a company providing software and services for the finance and accounting sector. Stefano successfully managed a project that transformed an old traditional call center into a modern pay-per-call service system, significantly improving response time and customer satisfaction.

In 2000, Stefano joined SASIB as a project manager before joining Zobele Group in 2001 as the Chief Technical Officer. At Zobele Group, Stefano played a crucial role in the company's outstanding growth over the past 20 years, increasing its turnover from 100 to 400 million euros. Stefano gained experience in various areas such as electronics, design of components, chemistry formulation, and manufacturing processes in both low and high labor cost countries.

Most recently, Stefano is serving as the Chief Technical Officer of kdc/one since 2020. With their extensive background and expertise, Stefano has made significant contributions to these companies and continues to enhance their knowledge and skills in multiple domains.

Stefano Deflorian pursued their education at MIP Politecnico di Milano from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Master Degree in Electronics. Stefano specialized in the field of Electronics during their time at this institution. Prior to that, they attended ITIS G.Marconi Rovereto, although specific dates and degree information are unavailable. At ITIS G.Marconi Rovereto, they focused on studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
