Emma works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the financials are supporting the long term strategy of the business. Emma is responsible for ensuring that the day to day functioning of the finance team is efficient, accurate and timely, that the finance function is forward looking and future fit, and that they have strong reporting and forecasting processes in place.
