Alix Neff is a CPA and PMP with extensive work experience in finance and project management roles. Alexandra (Alix) is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at TRIO - Translational Research in Oncology. Prior to this, they held the position of AVP-Research Finance at Sarah Cannon from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Cigna-HealthSpring as an Analytics Director from 2016 to 2017 and as the Director of Finance from 2014 to 2016. Alexandra (Alix) also served as the Director of Finance at Parallon Business Solutions from 2011 to 2013 and held various finance roles at HCA from 2005 to 2011, including Financial Manager and Internal Audit Manager.

Alix Neff obtained a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Vanderbilt University in the years 2000-2004. Alexandra (Alix) furthered their education by pursuing a Masters in Accounting at Belmont University - Jack C. Massey College of Business in the year 2004-2005. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
