Richard F. currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at GENII Software Group since January 2024, and has held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Iptor since August 2021. Richard has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, including Axway as Vice President & General Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Nordic Regions, where Richard achieved high revenue growth and restructured the business towards hybrid and SaaS/cloud models. Richard's tenure at Oracle included multiple senior sales director roles focused on engineered systems, big data, and commercial sectors, achieving significant revenue growth and operational improvements. Earlier career experiences also include managerial positions at NEC, BEA Systems, Interxion, and Oracle. Richard holds educational credentials from Dr Challoners Grammar School and the University of Portsmouth.
