Virginia O’Brien is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at LetsBuild since October 2023. Prior to this role, Virginia worked at Locatee as a Senior Client Success Manager from October 2020 to September 2023 and held various positions at WeWork, including Operations & Business Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included team leadership, strategic account management, and successful office launches in Belgium.
