Anne Davison has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in dairy sales and management. Anne started their career as a GENESIS Intern at GENEX in January 2013 and quickly progressed to become a Regional Account Specialist. From there, Anne worked as a National Account Specialist before assuming the role of Dairy Consultant Manager. In August 2017, they became the Director of Dairy Sales Support and eventually transitioned to their most recent position as Director of Talent Development in June 2020. In addition to their roles at GENEX, Anne also served as a Resident Assistant at the State University of New York at Cobleskill from August 2011 to December 2012.

Anne Davison completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Animal Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill from 2009 to 2013. Anne then pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2015.
