Luciana Martins Marques is a director at MoonLake Immunotherapeutics, overseeing HR, people, and culture. She holds a Master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra and has also studied at Portland State University and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Her experience includes managing talent, development, recruitment, performance evaluation systems, and client management in the HR field.
