Erika Chandler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and go-to-market strategy across leading technology companies. Currently serving as SVP of Global Revenue Operations at Genesys since May 2022, Erika previously held the role of VP of GTM Strategy and Operations at Elastic, where responsibilities included leading a 75-person global organization to drive growth in a hypergrowth cloud-focused environment. Prior to this, Erika spent nearly 11 years at Cisco in various leadership roles, including COO of the global security sales team and Senior Director of Strategy & Planning for Software Sales, where significant achievements included transforming sales enablement and strategic planning processes. Erika's career began in R&D as a Software Developer and includes an academic background with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
