Elizabeth M. has extensive experience in legal and regulatory management, currently serving as the Manager of Legal and Regulatory at Genesis since July 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Vice President at Bank of America from November 2011 to August 2022, overseeing a data quality team focused on the accuracy of trading agreement data in Global Banking and Markets. Elizabeth's previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Global Manager for Equity Derivatives Documentation at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. from 1995 to 2001 and as an Associate ISDA negotiator at Societe Generale from 1994 to 1995. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Richmond.
