Jonathan Chester has extensive experience in regulatory and compliance roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the VP of Regulatory and Compliance at Snap Finance since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy General Counsel at Beyond Finance from 2022 to 2023, where they provided legal counsel for various business units and was responsible for the company's legal and regulatory components. Jonathan also served as the Deputy General Counsel at Enova International from 2011 to 2022, managing a regulatory team and ensuring compliance with relevant laws in the fintech industry. Before that, they worked as an Associate at McGuireWoods from 2008 to 2011, handling all aspects of litigation.

Jonathan Chester attended the University of Iowa from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. Jonathan then pursued their legal education at the University of Iowa College of Law from 2005 to 2008, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
