Putri Handayani currently serves as the Head of Customer Care at Generali Indonesia, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Putri was the Head of Customer Care Individual and Group at Avrist Assurance from June 2019 to April 2024. Experience also includes serving as Head of Alarm Center, Roadside & Concierge Service at AAI Indonesia between January 2018 and June 2019, and as Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance & Trainer at AIA from May 2006 to December 2017. Putri began a career in the financial services sector as a Financial Advisor at AXA Mandiri Financial Services from December 2003 to April 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universitas Krisnadwipayana (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering from Universitas Pancasila (1998-2003).
