Sandy Lipscomb is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and interface design across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Design at General Motors since June 2018, Sandy focuses on improving employee experiences through innovative design for employee-facing software. Previous roles at General Motors include Head of Global In-Vehicle User Experience and Design Group Manager, where Sandy led diverse teams in creating customer-centric in-vehicle interfaces and developed GM's first design system. Prior to General Motors, Sandy held prominent positions at Rightpoint, GTB, and Organic, delivering strategic design solutions and enhancing user experiences for major brands. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Advertising Design from Wayne State University and additional coursework in Journalism from Oakland University.
