Derek Huntley is a seasoned professional in engineering, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at General Mills since June 2018. Derek has held multiple roles within the company, including Project Engineer, Maintenance Team Lead, and Manufacturing Engineering Associate Intern. Prior to joining General Mills, Derek gained experience as a Technical Aide at 3M from June 2014 to August 2017. Derek holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
