Ted C. Butler has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Ted C. currently serves as the President of General Excavating, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NEBCO, Inc., where they held the roles of Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2022 and Vice President of Operations from 2015 to 2019. Before joining NEBCO, Inc., they served as the President of Constructors Inc. from 2015 to 2022. In 2008, they worked as an Area Manager at Kiewit, and prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Hawkins Construction Company from 1998 to 2008.

Ted C. Butler attended Boise State University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Construction Management. Prior to that, they briefly attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1994.
