Derrick Webster is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over 18 years of experience at Genentech, specializing in technical development and strategic talent discovery. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, Derrick leads talent acquisition efforts for the Pharmaceutical Technical Development Organization. Previous roles include Principal Talent Strategist for the Neuroscience and Rare Diseases franchise, where Derrick developed comprehensive talent strategies and collaborated on sourcing efforts in a dynamic business environment. Additionally, Derrick was the staffing lead for launch initiatives in Hemophilia and Ophthalmology, as well as serving as a Sr. Staffing Consultant. Prior to Genentech, Derrick held the position of Sr. Account Manager at All Star Consulting, Inc. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from San Diego State University.
