Verena Thormann is a skilled professional with extensive experience in biological research and product management. Currently, Verena holds the position of Produktmanager and Scientific Technical Writer at Genedata since April 2021. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher at the Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research in the Department of Quantitative Biology and at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in the Department of Computational Molecular Biology. Earlier in the career, Verena contributed as a Bioinformatics Assistant at Metabolomic Discoveries and as a Research Assistant at both the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology and ETH Zürich, engaging in various research projects related to molecular biology and systems biology. Verena completed a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science at ETH Zürich, followed by a Doctorate in Biochemistry from Freie Universität Berlin.
