Chintan Patel has worked for a number of companies since 2012. Chintan began their career as a Property Manager for Reva Properties LLC in 2012. Chintan then worked as an Entomology Intern for the Houston Museum of Natural Science in 2016, followed by a Community Outreach Intern position at the Smithsonian Institution in the same year. In 2017, they took on the role of Graduate Student Researcher at Texas A&M AgriLife, and in 2018 they became a Brand Ambassador for Trinity River Distillery. Most recently, they have been working as a Laboratory Technician and Customer Information Specialist at Gene by Gene since 2019.

Chintan Patel received a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from The Honors College at the University of Houston between 2012 and 2016.
