Evelio Otero, Jr. is a retired Colonel from the United States Air Force with extensive experience in military strategy and political consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Gemini Industries since October 2018, Otero also founded and chairs the Course of Action Foundation LLC, which focuses on fostering economic trade between Tampa, Florida, and Latin America through dialogue among business communities, citizens, and policymakers. Previous roles include candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives and serving as a Political Military Consultant. Otero has held significant military positions, including Securiy Cooperation Policy Development Project Officer at HQ US Special Operations Command and Chief of the International Engagement Division at US Special Operations Command. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Strategic Planning Development from the US Air War College and a Master's in International Relations from Troy University.
