Shawn Howell is a seasoned Systems/Network Engineer with extensive experience in cyber training and technical operations. Currently serving at Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI), a By Light Company, since April 2022, Shawn continues to contribute to the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise Operations Group. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at Invictus International Consulting, LLC from December 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included both Systems/Network Engineering and Information Assurance as part of the Marine Corps Cyberspace Warfare Group. Early career experience includes a position as a Military Evaluator with the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) from June 2017 to July 2018. Educational background includes studies at American Military University.
