Ramon Schaap has extensive experience in various roles within municipal and organizational settings, currently serving as a Contract Manager for Gemeente Goeree-Overflakkee since September 2022. Previously held positions include Policy Officer at both Gemeente Schouwen-Duiveland and Gemeente Hellevoetsluis, a Data Analyst at APM Terminals, and a librarian at Bibliotheek Zuid-Hollandse Delta. Ramon has also contributed as an intern HR adviser at Bavo Europoort and has been involved in volunteer coordination with Gemeente Vlaardingen. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by earlier studies in pedagogy and business administration.
