Carol Townsend, P.G. is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Coordinator for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since November 2022. In addition, Carol operates as an Independent Environmental Consultant and has been active as a Professional Geologist since November 2018. Previous roles include Contract Geologist for various Independent Oil & Gas Companies, Environmental Service Manager at Akana, Client Service Manager and Project Manager at Sage Environmental Consulting, and Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager at Cirrus Associates, LLC. Carol holds a Master of Science in Geology from Texas Tech University, awarded between 1997 and 2000, and has extensive experience in project management and environmental consulting.
