Sheila Stygar currently serves as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at GE Healthcare, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stygar was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at AbbVie from May 2019 to July 2022 and held various leadership positions at PepsiCo from November 2006 to May 2019, including Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Stygar's experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Global Staffing Operations at Baxter from July 1998 to November 2006. Stygar's extensive background encompasses strategic talent acquisition design, implementation of staffing operations, and leading global staffing initiatives, with a focus on enhancing organizational recruitment processes and workforce planning. Stygar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Loras College.
