Jeffrey Fullmer, JD, PMP, is a seasoned professional in contract management and procurement law, currently serving as Senior Contract Manager at GCE - Global Connections to Employment since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffrey Fullmer spent over 13 years at the U.S. Army Contracting Command as a Contract/Procurement Attorney. Educationally, Jeffrey Fullmer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor's of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Utah. In addition, Jeffrey Fullmer obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in mid-2023.
