Lee Smith has extensive experience in the railcar services industry, currently serving as QA Manager at GBW Railcar Services since October 2014. Additionally, Lee has held a long-term position as Production Supervisor at Watco Mechanical Services since May 2006, where Lee also previously worked as Manager of Railcar Maintenance and Inspection until 2010. Lee's career in railcar repair began at Millennium Railcar Repair as Plant Superintendent from April 1997 to January 2006. Lee's educational background includes a high school diploma in Business/Commerce from North East High School in North East, MD, completed from 1972 to 1976.
