Rebecca Gray has work experience as a Laboratory Technician at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Microbiologist at Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology from March 2018 to July 2019. In 2017, they served as a Scientific Recruitment Consultant at Kelly Services Australia from July to December.

Rebecca Gray completed their Bachelor of Medical Science (Advanced) degree in Science and Health at Western Sydney University from 2013 to 2016.
