James Nolan is a skilled medical laboratory technician currently employed at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since November 2023. Previously, Nolan held research assistant roles at University College Dublin, contributing to a longitudinal study on Myotis Myotis bats under Professor Emma Teeling and supporting Dr. Gavin Stewart's laboratory. Additional experience includes data analysis for Covid-19 contact tracing, supervising undergraduate labs in biology, and assisting on the ECOSTRUCTURE project. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Biological and Biomolecular Science with a focus on Molecular Genetics and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, both from University College Dublin. Prior to academic roles, Nolan gained customer service experience as a retail assistant at O'Briens Wines.
