Michael Walker is the Technical Support Manager at Garland Technology. Prior to that, they were a Tier II Support Engineer at Magna5 from January 2019 to July 2020. Michael has also worked as a Senior TAC Engineer at Metro Optix from April 2001 to June 2002 and at Xtera Communications from December 2015 to January 2018. Michael Walker has also worked as a Sr CTAC Engineer at iQor from November 2007 to November 2015 and as a VoIP Sales Engineer at Uniden America from June 2002 to November 2007.
Michael Walker has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Michael is also certified by Cisco in CCENT.
