Ryan Landy has extensive experience in customer success and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager II at Precision eControl since March 2023, Ryan has also held multiple roles at AHEAD and RoundTower Technologies since January 2020. Previously, Ryan was a Technology Solutions Executive and Business Development Manager at Getronics from September 2017 to January 2020, focusing on HP's services portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as a HP PSG Partner Program Specialist and Inside Business Development Executive at Pomeroy, where Ryan enhanced IT infrastructure for clients. Ryan began a career in customer service with the Pittsburgh Pirates from June 2009 to August 2012. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing/Sales from the University of Dayton.
