Tyti Nguyen began their work experience as a Sales Promoter at Argenta Oy in February 2015. Tyti then went on to work as a Financial Management Intern at Corbel Oy from December 2015 to April 2016. Following this, they joined Nilson Group AB Filial Norge as a Salesperson in January 2016, staying with the company until September 2018. From September 2018 to January 2020, Tyti worked as a Sales Associate at HUGO BOSS. Tyti then moved to Visma, where they started as a Customer Support Trainee in January 2020, transitioned to a System Specialist in July 2020, and became a Service Manager in October 2021. Tyti'smost recent role is as a Technical Support Specialist at Gapps, starting in May 2022.

Tyti Nguyen attended Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Safety, Security, and Risk management. In 2019, they participated in an exchange program at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), focusing on Risk management and security. Prior to that, Tyti studied at Keski-Uudenmaan koulutuskuntayhtymä Keuda from 2013 to 2016, obtaining a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General.
